Ingredients:
2 bone-in pork chops
2 TBSP EVOO
2 garlic cloves
Salt & pepper, to taste
Instructions:
Heat the oven to 350. Heat the EVOO at medium high in a frying pan on the stove. Add the garlic and let sizzle for just a few seconds. Season the chops with salt & pepper and add to the pan. Cook on each side for about 5 minutes to let them get a golden brown sear. Transfer the chops to a baking pan and top with the garlic & oil from the frying pan. Cook in the preheated oven until the chops reach a temperature of 180.
